There are still vacation days left, if you're in Dallas, take your family to Fair Park and take advantage of the last days of Summer Adventures.
Summer Adventures is an amusement park or fair type, which has been in Fair Park since May and ends on August 18.
A few days ago we took advantage of the lower price, right now it's $14.99 including admission to all mechanical games or rides, shows, swan-shaped boats with pedals, entrance to Children's Aquarium at Fair Park and Texas Discovery Gardens. Parking costs $5.00 dlls.
When we arrived the first thing I told my kids was "We forgot the blocker!, but when we came in we saw that they have free blocker dispensers, I found it great idea!
There are games for all ages. We went on a Saturday, I was surprised that there were not so many people, the lines were fast, the only game in which we took a little longer was flow Rider, very novel by the way, but still the kids went up twice.
If you plan to spend all day there, I recommend you wear swimsuits, there are places for kids to get wet and this Flow Rider game, also requires swimsuit, it is a space to surf, my three sons tried, including my six-year-old daughter and they loved it.
The Top'O Texas Tower is also included in the price, it is a rotating tower, which goes up 500 feet, more than double the height of the famous Texas Star Ferris wheel, we climbed and the view was spectacular and very comfortable, has air conditioning and seats.
For the discounted price thanks to The Dallas Morning News I thought it was worth going, take advantage of these last days of vacation in Dallas, open seven days a week. Have fun!
