Instructions
Mix cabbage, tomato, and cilantro. Separate this salad
HOW TO MAKE A CHIPOTLE SAUCE FOR SHRIMP TACOS
Blend about 4 chipotle peppers or adjust the quantity if you prefer them more spicy.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add onion and chipotle, fry untithe sauce l the onion is transparent.
Remove sauce from heat and keep it in the frying pan
How to cook shrimp for tacos
Rinse the shrimp and remove the tails
Season shrimp with salt and garlic powder.
Heat the chipotle sauce that we just made
Add shrimp and the lemon juice to the sauce
Cook shrimp for a few minutes until it turns pink on both sides
Heat tortillas in the comal
Fill the tortillas with shrimp
Garnish with the cabagge salad
