Instructions
Wash and remove the seeds from the chiles. Soak them in hot water until soft.

3 cups water
Once the chiles are soft, blend them with the tomato, garlic, and a little water. Set aside.

2 pc garlic clove
Season the pork with salt and fry until it’s no longer pink.
2.2 lbs pork chunks,
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Add a cup of water and simmer until the meat is tender.
Add the chili mixture, bay leaves, cumin, and salt to taste.

Add the potatoes, stir and it’s ready to serve!
