Champurrado shake

Champurrado is one of my favorite Mexican drinks, and because of that, I thought to enjoy it also in the summer, making up this champurrado shake recipe.

If you like chocolate, you will surely to love this delicious shake, you can prepare it for a snack or as a dessert drink.

CHAMPURRADO SHAKE

Ingredients
1 glass with ice
2 tablespoons oats
1 Milk cup (can also be condensed milk)
1 cinnamon sliver
3 cloves
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons Abuelita chocolate powder (or 1/4 tablet)
Cherries to garnish (optional)

Heat the water, cinnamon, and cloves, until they boil and release the flavor. (If you used tablet chocolate, you melt it right here.)

Cool it down a little bit. Remove the cinnamon and cloves.

Add this mixture to the blender, with all the ingredients. Blend.

Serve immediately and garnish this chocolate flavored shake with cinnamon, cloves, or cherries.
