This baked tilapia recipe with vegetables, is simple, fast and you will love it!
On one of those afternoons when I was on the run and needed to make a quick meal, I prepared this sheet pan baked baked tilapia.
You can use fresh or frozen vegetables, as you prefer.
Baked Tilapia with Vegetables
Ingredients
- 10 Tilapia fillets
- 1 large bag of Vegetables
- 2 lemons (juice)
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil or butter
Heat the oven to 450F.
Meanwhile, place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet. You can line it with foil so you don’t have to wash after.
Braise the fish fillets with olive oil or melted butter. Season with garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.
Drizzle with the juice of the two lemons. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until fish fieletes are almost cooked.
After this time, take out the sheet pan and add the vegetables, you can season with the same ingredients or with the ones you prefer.
Cover and bake for another 20 minutes or until vegetables are as soft as you want.
Serve the baked tilapia with vegetables along with rice and Valentina sauce and enjoy!
