Duritos with beans and cheese

Prepare this rich street snack, favorite of many in Mexico, the chicharrones de flour or duritos prepared with beans and cheese serve as a snack or as dinner!

I usually find the flour showers already made in the Mexican super markets, but I like to buy them raw because this way they last longer.

If you get them easily already cooked, do not battalion, but if not, because buy the raw frying in these stores, they are easy to prepare you only need a little time, below I explain how.

I prefer them with chopped cabbage, but my family likes them better with lettuce, you can offer them as a snack for snacking, although sometimes they serve as dinner.

Here you can see the bean recipe in the slow cooker.

how to make duritos made with beans and cheese
Duritos prepared with beans and cheese

Ingredients

4 raw duritos wheat snacks
(if you get them already made you don’t need the oil)
2 cups refried beans
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup cream of milk
1/2 cup fresh cheese
1 sliced avocado (optional)
1/2 lettuce or cabbage, sliced or chopped
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 onion, chopped.
Spicy sauce
Flip pingpado
Tweezers

To prepare the raw durito:

Heat the oil over medium heat in a deep, large frying pan, as the frying will increase a lot in size and you need space to flip it. Be careful with the oil because it can jump.

In addition, place a plate with a napkin on top to put the showers and absorb the oil.

When the oil is hot, add the durito and you’ll notice that it immediately starts to grow, let it until it is completely stretched and a golden color, without burning, remove the oil and place on the plate with the napkin, add Salt.

The durito should be soft and crispy, if you stay hard or with dark parts it is that the oil was cold and if the durito you are left with a gray tone, it is that the oil is very hot.

Repeat the steps with each of the duritos.

Add the ingredients as indicated in the next step.

If you already have your durito cooked:

Place the durito on a plate, spread one or two tablespoons of refried beans, add lettuce (or cabbage), tomato, onion, avocado, cheese, cream, lemon, sauce and enjoy!
