Swiss Enchiladas Recipe (Enchiladas suizas)

Swiss Enchiladas are Mexican antojitos very easy to prepare, this recipe will make you ask for more.

this recipe is also in Spanish Enchiladas suizas.

It was updated on March 4, 2022. This is a sponsored post in collaboration with Linqia.

Swiss enchiladas are very easy to prepare and more if you already have the green sauce which is what distinguishes them.

You can do it to celebrate the child’s day, I assure you they will love it.

The first time I tried them was in the restaurant of Sanborns, apparently it is a dish invented by them and they called them so because the cheese reminded them of the snow of the Swiss Alps.

This time I will use Herdez green sauce, it is a good choice for when you go to the races or for when you do not find tomatillo in the store.

Also if you plan to take them to a meeting, you can prepare and accommodate them in a refractory or baking dish and bring the sauce and other ingredients apart. So when you’re serving, you can heat them in the oven and bathe them with the sauce preheated in the microwave.

I hope you enjoy the recipe!
